What is your return policy?

All products sold to our customers are included in the return policy. The rules and conditions are the following:

– Customers have 2 months in order to return one of our products and get a refund
– Customers who return their purchase within 2 months and provide feedback on why they’ve made the return receive a special compensation from the us
– All returns after 2 months will not receive a refund

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

After an order is received, it will immediately be processed. Based on the product and its availability at that point in time, we will contact our warehouse and prepare the shipment as soon as possible. This should take no longer then 1-3 days. The shipment process depends on the delivery:

– Domestic (U.S.): 1-2 weeks
– International: 2-3 weeks

On average, an order will arrive after 2 weeks. If you have been waiting for your shipment for longer than 3 weeks, please use our contact us form and write us a message regarding the issue.
